  • Developed and deployed custom ESP32-based hardware integrated with FastAPI backend utilizing REST APIs for secure sensor data management.
  • Hardened internal communication by implementing HTTPS encryption between ESP32 nodes and Nginx Reverse Proxy within an air-gapped network.
  • Engineered a custom networking solution modifying the ESP HTTPClient library to support Host Headers without DNS, ensuring secure TLS handshakes.
